Post Oak Development of Texas, Inc. is a land development and investment firm in San Anotio, Texas specializing in acquiring and developing desirable residential and commercial properties.

Currently, the Company has over twenty acquisitions in downtown San Antonio and the surrounding areas and continues to seek property with development potential. With over twenty-five years experience in land development, Craig Glendenning, the President of Post Oak Development, has a proven track record in securing project funding and providing the highest possible rate of return for his investors. His vision, determination and relentless pursuit of perfection are the catalysts for the company's rapid growth since it's inception in 1996.

The Company now employs project managers, engineers and top industry executives to oversee current and future acquisitions and developments. Post Oak also employs full-time real estate Brokers and sales associates with local market experience who provide in-house sales and marketing expertise.

Post Oak Development has recently elevated its construction company to its own business entity, POD Construction Company LLC. POD Construction is a full-service development construction business currently working on several of Post Oak's most impressive development projects.
